Accounts Assistant
Oriel House Hotel, part of the Talbot Collection are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our team. The Accounts Assistant will primarily be based in Oriel House Hotel, however, may be required to work in our sister property Midleton Park Hotel on a somewhat frequent basis. Full flexibility is required. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wishes to further their credit control and accounts experience within a busy hotel environment. The Accounts Assistant will be required to work Monday-Friday.
Main Duties:
Monitoring and reconciliation of income on a daily basis.
All aspects of credit control.
Issuing of purchase orders and reconciliation with delivery dockets and invoices.
Calculation of Food and Beverage GP reports on a monthly basis.
All other duties within the accounts department.
The successful candidate will have:
Cash management and credit control experience is essential. Cash management and credit control experience in a hotel would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet various deadlines on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
A positive, can-do attitude.
