Structured Cabling Technicians & General Operatives

Thomond Communications is a Limerick based ICT Cabling contractor working on projects all over Ireland and Europe. We have openings for current large scale project in Tullamore.

We have current vacancies for the following positions:

Structured Cabling Technicians.

The ideal candidate must have following:

·         Experience in the installation, termination & testing of CAT6 & CAT6a cabling systems.

·         Experience in installation & termination of fibre optic systems is preferred.

·         Up to date Safe pass and Manual Handling cert are required.

·         MEWP and Work at Height tickets would be preferred but not essential as training will be given.

·         Experience on large scale Data Centre, Industrial & Pharma based projects would be an advantage.

·         Installation and termination of Control Cabling.

·         Must have own transport

·         Must be able to provide references

General Operatives.

The ideal candidate must have following:

·         Experience in the construction area, preferably in the electrical field.

·         Up to date Safe pass and Manual Handling cert are required.

·         MEWP and Work at Height tickets would be preferred but not essential as training will be given.

·         Must have own transport

·         Must be able to provide references
