Customer Service Executive - Personal Lines

We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executives for our Personal Lines team in our Portlaoise office. The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

·         Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets

·         Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products

·         Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments

·         Delivering Excellent Customer Service

·         Maintaining the highest compliance standards

Key Qualifications & Skills required

·         CIP or APA Personal General Insurance

·         RELAY software experience desired but not essential

·         Proficient Microsoft office skills desired
