Legal Receptionist and a Legal Secretary

J.D. Scanlon & Co. Solicitors LLP, The Bridge Centre, O’Connor Square, Tullamore, Co. Offaly are expanding our team.

We are seeking applications for the following full time, permanent positions:

Legal Receptionist
Role may involve:
-managing phone system and greeting clients attending the office,
-diary management for a busy practice,
-liaising with clients by phone, email and in person,
-scanning incoming post and filing to case management system,
-assisting other support staff with dictation typing.

Legal Secretary
Role may involve:
-liaising with clients by phone and email,
-dictation typing, filing and preparation of documents,
-processing applications for registration in the Land Registry,
-preparation of reports and briefs,
-other administrative tasks to support solicitors.

Candidates must:
-have exceptional interpersonal skills,
-have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail,
-be proficient with the Microsoft office suite
- experience with a legal case management system such as Practice Evolve is desirable but not essential,
-uphold the highest standards of confidentiality,
-be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team,
-be professional and committed to providing an excellent service to our clients.
