• Have a recognised formal culinary qualification.

• Be prepared to work as part of a large kitchen brigade to produce and present food that exceeds customer expectations using locally sourced, fresh ingrediants.

• Demonstrate a passion for food and be ready to work hard to gain invaluable experience.

• Have previous experience in a high quality property.
