Floor Manager & full time Bar & Waiting staff

The Make and Mark Bar and Eatery, Fairgreen Portlaoise seek a Floor Manager and full time Bar & Waiting staff. You should be bright, bubbly and welcoming, with a love for hospitality and teamwork. Floor manager day to day duties include managing the floor, greeting guests, and working in tandem with the kitchen & wait staff to maintain high standards of service. Bar & Waiting staff duties include taking orders, greeting guests, learning new daily specials, upselling beverages and new menu items. Experience is beneficial in both roles, but training can be provided. Social media experience could also be helpful. Great rates available with a 4 day working week.
