Civil/Structural CAD Technician - Offaly

Our client, established over 20 years, provides engineering design and project management services across Ireland to a wide variety of clients in the private and public sectors, including Developers, Main Contractors, Specialist Subcontractors, Government Agencies, Court Services, & Commercial Enterprises.

Seeking to recruit an experienced Civil/Structural CAD Technician to join their team.

• Ideally the successful enthusiastic candidate will have good knowledge and experience of AutoCAD.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D would be advantageous. 

• Ideally candidates will have some experience in the area of Road Geometrical Design, 

• Preparation of detail design and tender package drawings.

• Strong written and verbal communication is desirable. 

• Fluency in English is essential.

Role will encompass working on a range of civil engineering projects including roads, public realm, drainage and utilities and site development works including site development associated with building projects.

In collaboration with project engineers, duties will involve: 

• Civil engineering BIM modelling

• Design preliminary layouts

Salary & package negotiable, depending on experience
