HGV/LGV Technician

DESCRIPTION:

Based in Enniscorthy, our clients is an Iveco, DAF, Isuzu and Fiat Professional dealer.

Due to continued success the company is seeking a reliable HGV/LGV Technician who has experience in working with a variety of vehicles to join the team.

JOB ROLE (not limited to):

Working as part of a team you will:

· Carry out fault diagnosis, service, maintenance and repair of HGVs & LGV’s

· Fault diagnosis and repair ,mechanical and electrical

· Keep the working area clean and tidy

· Follow all Health and Safety and company policies

· Attend training as required

· Be able to complete any work related admin/record keeping

· Working on a rota basis covering the emergency breakdown call out service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Min 3 years working experience in a similar role especially in fault diagnosis and repairs post qualifying.

• Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

• A good working knowledge of diagnostic equipment

• Quality repair and possess preventative maintenance skills

• Possess a full/clean category C driving licence

• Be able to adhere to all health and safety

• Be flexible to work a variety of hours

• Live within a commutable distance
