Choice People are currently searching for candidates for an Operations Manager for a busy 4 star hotel in the North West.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similarly rated hotel with a strong background in Food & Beverage including Conference and Banqueting.

Essential criteria include but are not limited to:

  • A strong background in food and beverage operations, including bar, restaurant and banqueting.

  • In-depth knowledge of operational finances including margins, forecasting and ability to react quickly to changing situations.

  • Excellent people management skills to enable the core team to grow and develop through induction, training and on-going coaching.

  • Strong customer focus with an innate ability to grow business organically by getting to know and understand local businesses, residents, groups etc.

  • A sound understanding of 4 star hotel operations from accommodation, front office, food and beverage.

  • Can – do attitude to lead a team through positive leadership and mentoring.
