Chef de Partie Athlone

A catering services Chef postion in Athlone.  Consistant booking, with flexibility.

Chef de Partie.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of food according to recipes, menus and cooking standards.

  • Ensuring all dishes are prepared in an efficient and to the appropriate standard set by a Head Chef.

  • Serving lunches up to 200 people.

  • Supporting Head Chef to ensure targets are met with food costs.

  • Ensuring all measures are taken to keep food waste to a minimum.

  • Keeping the kitchen environment safe and hygienic through cleaning and good practice in line with HACCP.

 

The ideal candidate will have:        

  • Excellent oral and written English.

  • Professional cookery Qualifications.

  • Previous experience in a similar position.

  • Have a professional appearance & work attitude.

  • Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.

  • Candidates must be available for full time work, Monday to Friday day time hours.
