A catering services Chef postion in Athlone. Consistant booking, with flexibility.
Chef de Partie.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of food according to recipes, menus and cooking standards.
Ensuring all dishes are prepared in an efficient and to the appropriate standard set by a Head Chef.
Serving lunches up to 200 people.
Supporting Head Chef to ensure targets are met with food costs.
Ensuring all measures are taken to keep food waste to a minimum.
Keeping the kitchen environment safe and hygienic through cleaning and good practice in line with HACCP.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent oral and written English.
Professional cookery Qualifications.
Previous experience in a similar position.
Have a professional appearance & work attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
Candidates must be available for full time work, Monday to Friday day time hours.
