Accommodation Assistant
Talbot Hotel Stillorgan are currently recruiting for Accommodation Assistants to work in their busy accommodation department. The Accommodation Assistant will be required to assist in the Laundry on occasion.
Main Duties:
The servicing of guest bedrooms to include the bathroom and corridor areas.
To interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner, making them feel at home.
To be fully aware of the standards required by the hotel and to ensure all work carried out is in line with these standards.
To ensure that the corridors are kept clean of trays and linen.
To work in an efficient clean and tidy manner at all times.
To be aware of health and safety procedures, ensuring that rules and regulations are adhered to at all times.
To use care when handling all guests property, company property and materials.
To work as part of a team at all times and assist others as required.
To carry out public area duties as required.
The successful candidate must have:
Previous experience working in the accommodation department of a 4* hotel is desirable but not essential.
Good communication skills.
Laundry experience a distinct advantage.
Communicative level of English.
Flexible and available to work weekends.
