Office Administrator

Lisa is working closely with her client in the manufacturing industry based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath who is looking to recruit an Office Administrator for their facility

This apprenticeship programme will be for 2 years initially

Key duties & responsibilities:

The successful candidate will spend a period in the following departments in order to gain administration experience and understand how the different departments interact in the overall running of the business.

 This role will suit a candidate who has built up 3-5 years proven office administration looking to move jobs and gain more skills in other departments/areas

  • Human Resources

  • Quality

  • Procurement / Planning

  • Finance

  • Maintenance

  • Logistics

  • Customer Service

What are we looking for?

  • 3rd Level Qualification in Business - preferred

  • 2-5 years office administration experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Professional phone manner, email and strong in-person communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Team-player

  • Strong positive attitude
