We are main dealers for Renault, Dacia and Opel cars and vans and are part of the O’Brien Motor Group, in business since 1963. We wish to fill the following vacancy.

Financial Controller

Role

·         Managing the day to day running of the dealership. This specifically includes both the sales and after-sales departments.

·         Ensuring customers are provided with the highest level of customer satisfaction at all stages in the customer journey.

·         Stock management of both new and used vehicles and ensuring the optimum rate of stock turn is achieved at all time.

·         Develop, consistently monitor, and adjust sales/after-sales goals to achieve the dealerships and franchise objectives.

·         Monitor department performance against Group and Manufacturer KPI’s, targets and budgets.

·         Provide required management accounting reports as requested.

·         Ensuring the admin department is running smoothly and efficiently.

·         Achieve debtor target days and WIP targets.

The Candidate:

·         Strong financial and commercial acumen experience.

·         Motivated and self-driven individual who will be enthusiastic and outgoing.

·         Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Will liaise with the Group Management team and report to the Group General Manager
