Senior Operations Manger

Choice People are currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager for a Catering & Events company.

This is a senior role, reporting directly to the Managing Director with a focus on  operations at some of the country’s leading event venues.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience, at least 5 years managing large corporate and sports events.

  • Be an experienced, confident operator with your finger on the pulse during planning and execution of the event.

  • Be a confident communicator with the ability to discuss and agree client plans, budgets and expectations.

  • Have a strong understanding of costings, margins and P&L to ensure budgets are adhered to whilst not compromising on quality.

  • Have the ability to lead a team with a positive and proactive approach ensuring you get the best from each team member.

  • Have excellent organisational skills to execute the event in a professional and seamless manner.

Whilst the role is primarily based in the Mid-west it will require travel throughout the country.
